Join our team as a Data Engineer supporting the RMG Tech Trade Surveillance Scila project. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions using modern data engineering technologies. You will work with Big Data platforms, data transformation tools, Python, and PL/SQL to develop reliable data pipelines and optimize database performance. Success in this role means delivering robust data solutions and communicating independently with stakeholders. This role is based in Hyderabad and follows a hybrid working model, with three days each week from the Macquarie Hyderabad office. We are seeking candidates who can onboard within two to three weeks.
- At least 4 years of professional experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data solutions - Strong programming skills in Python - Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark - Proficiency with DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation - Expertise in PL/SQL, including database development and optimization - Ability to communicate clearly and hold stakeholder conversations independently - Availability to join and onboard within 2–3 weeks, with the ability to work hybrid from the Hyderabad office three days per week
- Experience developing Power BI visualizations and reports - Knowledge of Shell scripting for automation and process execution
