Join our team. We are building something great. You will join the MAM Fund Management Public team as a DevOps Engineer focused on application stability, compliance, and automation. You will own day-to-day reliability and resilience work: vulnerability patching, secrets and certificate lifecycle, software upgrades, and operational runbooks. You will also identify repetitive tasks and implement automation to reduce manual effort. Success looks like measurable uptime and resilience improvements, demonstrable compliance posture (patching, access controls, certificate management), and a steady decrease in manual operational tickets due to automation. You will work in an Agile delivery model, collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders globally, and support L1/L2 on-call rotations as needed.
- Proven experience managing secrets management, vulnerability patching, certificate lifecycle, application/software upgrades, and technical resilience measures. - Proven experience implementing and maintaining risk-control processes such as password rotation, asset obsolescence tracking, and user access management. - Demonstrable experience automating manual operational processes using scripting, infrastructure-as-code, or automation pipelines. - Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and CloudWatch. - Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining AWS resources using CloudFormation, including EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, SQS, SNS, RDS, and DynamoDB. - Practical experience with GitOps and CI/CD tooling (GitHub or Bitbucket plus GitHub Actions, Bamboo, or ArgoCD). - Experience performing cleanup/decommissioning activities and a strong understanding of Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes. - Ability to participate in L1/L2 on-call support, work flexible hours, operate within Agile teams using JIRA and Confluence, and communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Prior experience working in finance or fund management environments. - Experience driving application compliance activities and supporting audits. - Prior participation in global on-call rotations across multiple time zones.
