As a Quality Engineer on the P&C Tech team, you will drive testing and automation initiatives to deliver a seamless end-to-end digital experience across our ecosystem. You will own design and implementation of automated test frameworks and work closely with application administrators, software engineers, and business analysts to ensure features meet functional, performance, and security expectations. You will shape how we validate and release HR-related solutions, bringing practical improvements to test coverage, reliability, and release confidence. Success in this role looks like well-maintained automated test suites that catch regressions early, clear test plans and reproducible defect reports, and measurable reductions in production issues while enabling predictable releases. You will operate in an agile, collaborative environment and be expected to contribute technical leadership to elevate our Quality Engineering practices and champion continuous improvement across application and platform testing.
- 5–9 years of professional Quality Engineering experience in software products. - Minimum 2 years hands-on experience authoring automated end-to-end tests in TypeScript using Playwright in production codebases. - Minimum 4 years hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Selenium WebDriver automated UI tests. - Experience testing HR platforms or enterprise people-related systems, including validating end-to-end scenarios and integrations. - Demonstrated experience designing and building automated test frameworks that validate functionality, performance, and security, including test data management and environment setup. - Proven ability to collaborate with application administrators, software engineers, and business analysts to refine test cases, develop robust test plans, and drive issue resolution (include concrete examples on your resume). - Experience working in Agile teams and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
- Experience with performance or load testing tools and practices. - Experience leading QE improvements, mentoring peers, or establishing testing best practices. - Familiarity with observability, monitoring, or security scanning tools used during test runs.
